The reception, the staff, the location, we were change rooms by luck and were put in a triple room which allowed us to have more room because the double rooms are really very small

What I liked the most was the hotel staff. I got into an unpleasant situation due to the fact that another hotel canceled my reservation and in fact I was left without a good night's sleep. but Castillo Rogio helped me a lot. and checked in early and even provided free breakfast. during the entire stay they helped in everything, were kind, sweet and polite.

Convenient location, 10 minutes from Yenikapı metro station and tram; 2. Clean, comfortable, cozy rooms; 3. Around the clock you can drink tea, coffee, water absolutely free; 4. Delicious, varied and hearty breakfasts; 5. Responsive and polite staff; 6. Acceptable prices. I would also like to note that the administrator and the hotel staff happily helped us check into a free room earlier than the booked time, treated us to delicious breakfasts, helped with the transfer of suitcases, an early breakfast and assisted with a late check-out, thanks to which we were able to enjoy the atmosphere of Istanbul. location Breakfast and staff. Adem on reception very helpful Nothing not to like however be aware the twin room is only 17 square metres. Enough for our 3 day stay with rucksacks but it is very small.

The attitude of the staff is just great. Very attentive and responsive people. Comfortable room, new plumbing, clean. Tasty breakfast. I did not find any shortcomings for myself.
